The Cost
The cost is £90.00 per week although for parents who wish to register for fewer days, the charge is £18 per day 3:00 to 6:00. The fees for St Lawrence are different as this club operates for different hours. The cost is £75 per week although for parents who wish to register for fewer days, the charge is £15 per day 3:00 to 5:30. If you book early sessions and pick up your child before 4:30, A discounted rate of £12.50 will apply. Fees must be paid monthly over eleven months (September to July) by standing order.
There is a 10% discount offered where two or more children from the same family attend together. Fees will cover all supervision, tuition, the snacks provided and the use of all equipment and materials. You will receive confirmation of your booking and notification of what to pay and as soon as your registration form has been received and processed. You may change or cancel your booking with 4 weeks notice.
Tax Allowances
Freedom Activity Camp is a registered child care facility. Parents may, dependent upon their individual circumstances, be able to claim a tax allowance on the fees paid.
Payments
Fees are calculated based on the number of sessions booked for the year, you will not be charged for public holidays or INSET days. The total cost is then divided by the number of months left in the academic year so that parents will pay the same amount each month rather than have different amounts due every month. Payment should then be made by standing order to the following account and referenced with your surname and the child’s/children’s initials:
